OBS Support Engineer Traffica and NetAct Care Engineer

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supporting OBS products, mainly NMS and OSS products. Helpdesk and emergency standby duties. Software upgrades, commissioning and installation of NMS products. Troubleshooting and analysis of helpdesk cases.
REQUIREMENTS:
Very good knowledge in HP unix, Linux, windows OS. Good knowledge of Oracle, backup and restore procedures TCP/IP, networking principles.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Very high interpersonel and commnication skills experience in customer care services. Team working and also individual contributor. Candidate should be able to take ownership of end to end customer care.
BUSINESS UNIT DESCRIPTION:
Care supporting OBS products.
Starting date: ASAP
Number of resources: 4
Period: 2 and 6 months
